The Slouch Hat is located on the east side of M.H. del Pilar just south of United Nations. The Slouch Hat is a bar, restaurant and hotel. There are other similar establishments around Ermita but this deserves special mention because this another new addition to Ermita that further points to its revival. It is apparently very clean and affordable in terms of accommodation and food. The beer is also reported to be ice cold. There is a sports bar and piano bar. No information yet on what the action is like but no doubt there will be freelance girl operating anywhere the tourist go. This is sure to be a popular establishment. Australian Owner.
